Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the information on this website is accurate, some of the information used in our website is supplied to us by a third party. As our website operates an "AS IS" we don't give you any guarantees or warranties of any kind and do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy shown on the website or how it is interrupted.

We can't guarantee that everything on our website is free from any viruses or defects or that your use of this website won't cause damage to your computer, it's your responsibility to use the right equipment to view our website.

As we mention before we operate an "AS IS" site, which means that if you suffer any loss, damage or expense from using our website you will not have any claim against us or anyone connected to us with the aid of making this website.

Warranty for all items we sell remains with the manufacturer, but please get in contact with us if there is any problems with defective goods.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Legal compliance

This returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.

Your rights as a consumer

Refunds due to Cancellation / Returns

Should you wish to cancel your purchase, please email us at sally [at] mfa-uk.co.uk and we will refund your payment less any costs to date. If your printing screen have been produced you will be charged to cover this loss. If the goods have been despatched prior to cancellation then we will not be able to refund due to the nature of the 'personalised' product they cannot go back into our stock. Damaged goods should be returned within 3 days  You should post the goods with a copy of the receipt, to:

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to pack the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by registered post or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to send a copy of your purchase receipt with the goods.

We will not retain any details that you provide, except for your email address. All customer's email addresses are automatically entered into a database so they may receive occasional emails from us about our products or general advice about our products which may benefit them. Customers are free to opt out of the news services by following the instructions on the bottom of each news email.

Your submission of an order is deemed to be your consent to provide us with your details. We use no other means of data collection.

Credit & Debit Card Payments

We allow you to purchase services from us by credit card. To ensure absolute security and privacy, we entrust credit card transactions to Sage Pay, one of the Uk's leading credit card payment solutions providers. Customers may supply credit card numbers by other means, and the transactions will be handled by Sage Pay. Your credit card details will not be retained by us following the transaction.

Delivery Information

All United Kingdom deliveries are sent via Royal Mail post or Courier (depending on weight and value of the order). Please allow up to 14 days for delivery though most of our orders are received. If your order is not delivered within this time scale after placing your order, then please email us at sally [at] mfa-uk.co.uk quoting the Sage Pay transaction ID & our order reference (which can be found on your transaction confirmation email under transaction details) or call us on01322 866926.

If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the postman should leave a card with information regarding where and when you should collect your parcel. If you do not collect your parcel within the post office's specified timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us. If this happens then you will have to re-pay postage costs for us to re-send the parcel (An additional charge of £15 will be applied in the event of a non collection when goods are delivered by Courier).

Next working day delivery by courier excludes Northern Ireland, certain parts of Scotland and Channel Islands.

Custom Duties and Other Taxes

We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or duties levied by authorities in the destination country. If you have any queries as regards duty on imports we suggest you contact your local customs office.
